About This Project

The Emerald Residence is a stunning 3,200 square foot luxury apartment nestled in the heart of Mumbai. Our design brief was to create a space that seamlessly blends contemporary aesthetics with the warmth and richness of traditional Indian craftsmanship. Every element was carefully curated to reflect the homeowners' sophisticated taste while maintaining a sense of comfort and livability.

Working with a palette of deep emerald greens, warm woods, and burnished metals, we crafted an environment that feels both luxurious and inviting. The open-plan living area flows naturally into a formal dining space, anchored by a statement chandelier and custom millwork that draws the eye through the entire space. Natural light floods through floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating the carefully selected artwork and textiles that give each room its distinct personality.

Design Highlights

• Custom Italian marble flooring with hand-cut geometric inlays throughout the living and dining areas
• Bespoke walnut and brass cabinetry designed in collaboration with local artisans for the kitchen and bar
• Integrated smart home automation system with custom lighting scenes for every mood and occasion
• A private terrace garden with curated tropical landscaping and an outdoor lounge area
